Oak Creek

A dry white wine that is fermented in French oak barrels. Goes through a labor-intensive barrel stirring called sur lie. Full bodied with aromas of soft oak, vanilla and fresh fruit like pear and apricot and a long smooth finish.

A dry, stainless steel aged white wine. Very fruit forward due to the stainless steel and no oak. Nice aromas of pear and apple. Clean and crisp flavor with a soft finish.

This wine is a dedication to Genevieve Monique Rivard, wide of Joseph Chauvin dit Charleville. Married on Kaskaskia Island in 1741. A semi dry white wine aged in stainless steel. This is a perfect picnic wine and is very fruit forward and finishes with smooth, lightly sweet flavors.
