Hairy Cow is a Wee Heavy named after the Scottish Highland cows. This breed of cattle has for centuries stood up to the extremely harsh, rugged and remote terrain of Scotland's Highlands. These conditions have also bred the wonderfully rich and satisfying style of beer known as a Wee Heavy. We hope you enjoy this fine ale!

Do you have memories of a Mall Santa that smelled a little too much like alcohol and a little less like Christmas Spirit? We do and used that inspiration to create this imperial porter. It is aged with whiskey-infused oak stave or chips inside the tank to produce a big bourbon flavor that is warm to the tongue and gives hints of fruits like raisins, figs and dates and even some chocolate.
